Reaching LitBuy support from Germany: which inbox, chat or ticket fits your problem

Checked and updated .

Short answer: LitBuy's support email is support@litbuy.com; business@litbuy.com is for business enquiries only. Inside your account you can use live chat (labelled AI Support) or submit a ticket, and LitBuy's help centre promises a reply within 24 hours. LitBuy publishes no phone number, so there is no Telefonnummer to call. For damage claims, attach one unedited unboxing video; a PayPal or card chargeback locks your account.

Which route for which problem

LitBuy gives you three ways to reach a person: an email address, live chat inside the site and app, and a ticket form. They are not interchangeable. Chat suits quick questions about an order that is still moving; email and tickets leave a written record, which is what you want for a refund, a damaged parcel or a customs problem. The table matches the routes we found on 19 October 2026 to the situations buyers in Germany, France, the US and UK usually have.

If an answer in chat matters, ask the agent to repeat it in a ticket or an email. A chat transcript can vanish; a ticket stays on your order page. The returns page covers who pays when something goes back, and the customs page covers what LitBuy's tax-free lines handle.

Chat for speed, email or ticket for anything with money in it.

LitBuy Kundenservice and Support-E-Mail: two addresses, two jobs

LitBuy lists support@litbuy.com in four places we checked: the Shipping Policy (section 11, for shipping questions), the Returns and Exchanges page, the Google Play listing as its support email, and its Trustpilot profile. That is the address for orders, parcels, returns and refunds. A German buyer searching "LitBuy Support-E-Mail" should therefore use this one.

business@litbuy.com appears in the footer, on the contact page and in the terms of service. It is the business contact, and LitBuy's prohibited-items policy also invites questions about borderline products there. Do not send order complaints to it; they may sit in the wrong queue.

Write from the email address registered on your LitBuy account, put the order number in the subject line and keep one problem per email. LitBuy does not publish a ticket number format, a response-time table or a list of opening hours, so we cannot tell you when a reply will land beyond its stated 24 hours.

support@ for anything about your order, business@ for business only.

Live chat, AI Support and tickets: what we could see

The interface refers to "Live Chat", "online support" and "AI Support", and tells you to "submit a ticket or contact online support" for questions about value-added services. We could not open a logged-in chat, so we cannot describe how the AI front end hands over to a person, or whether weekend staffing differs. Treat the chat as a first line and the ticket as the formal record.

LitBuy's membership announcement of 18 September 2026 lists "dedicated customer support" as a Lit Prime benefit. Lit Prime is a paid 30-day membership whose price LitBuy does not publish publicly, so we cannot say how much faster the priority route is. Nobody else needs it to file a claim; the evidence rules below apply to everyone.

LitBuy promises a reply within 24 hours in its article on locked accounts; that article is about chargebacks, so do not assume the figure is guaranteed for every category. One Trustpilot reviewer in October 2026 reported slow refunds after cancelled orders and another in September 2026 said coupon rules were not explained clearly, so read the coupon rules before you rely on a promotion.

Open the ticket from the order page so the order number comes with it.

What to put in a ticket so it is answered once

LitBuy's own pages list what it wants to see. For a return, the Returns page asks for the order number, item name, reason, photos or videos showing the issue and your preferred outcome: return, replacement or refund review. For a parcel claim, the help article on package problems asks for a longer set.

  1. The order number, which starts with "K" for items, and the parcel number.
  2. One continuous, unedited unboxing video showing all six sides of the outer package, the sealing tape, opening and every item. LitBuy calls it the most important evidence for any shipping claim.
  3. Photos of the outer box, the LitBuy security seal, the shipping label, the parcel on a scale and its length, width and height.
  4. For a wrong size or style: a close-up of the size label or hang tag and the item laid flat.
  5. If a carrier delivered it: a damage report or case number, filed within 48 hours of the status "Delivered", especially when a locker or neighbour signed.
  6. Your preferred outcome in one sentence.

Keep the box and tape until the claim closes. Fragile goods are eligible only for loss claims, not damage claims, so a smashed ornament is a harder case than a missing parcel. For the full claims clock see the delivery-time page.

Money small print: the return service fee is ¥5 (about €0.60 at ¥1 ≈ €0.12), and cancelling a packed parcel costs ¥20 (about €2.40) plus materials unless the fault is LitBuy's. Ask before packing if you are unsure.

One unedited video and the order number settle most claims.

Telefonnummer and customer service number: the honest answer

LitBuy publishes no phone number. We looked at the footer, contact page, terms, privacy policy, shipping policy, returns page, Google Play listing and Trustpilot profile on 19 October 2026 and found email addresses only. Searches such as "LitBuy Telefonnummer" and "LitBuy customer service number" (about 10 searches a month each, per Semrush data) therefore lead nowhere official.

Be wary of any number offered in a Discord message, a comment under a spreadsheet post or a search ad. If someone claiming to be LitBuy asks for a card code or a screenshot of your banking app, stop and write to support@litbuy.com instead. The Discord page explains how to tell the official server from look-alikes.

Anyone who prefers not to deal with LitBuy's channels at all can use the WhatsApp QR on our contact page and ask us first.

No phone line exists; email, chat and tickets are the whole menu.

Impressum and company details: who stands behind the replies

Germans often look for an Impressum. LitBuy has no page by that name that we found, but its documents name the entities. The terms of service (last updated 1 October 2025) say the service is owned and operated by LITBUY LIMITED, company number 16786295, under UK law. The UK register (Companies House, checked 19 October 2026) lists it as incorporated on 15 October 2025, active, with its registered office in Coventry. The footer also lists IYFENIX SARL in Paris, and the mobile app is published by Hong Kong Haini Technology Limited. The forwarding agreement is under Chinese law. LitBuy does not publish a chief executive's name, and we could not verify one.

For a consumer in Germany this matters in one way: your contract partner is the entity named in the terms, not necessarily the one on the app store. Our legitimacy page goes through the four jurisdictions and the what-is page explains the agent model.

The named operator is LITBUY LIMITED in Coventry; no German Impressum exists.

Service client en français: what changes for French buyers

French searches for "LitBuy service client" lead to the same support@litbuy.com address; LitBuy publishes no French phone line and no separate French team. The footer's Paris entry, IYFENIX SARL, is a company listing, not a documented help desk. The interface has French text, but we could not verify whether replies come in French. Write in English or short French and put the order number first.

LitBuy's own return window is five days after storage. For parcels from the EU tax-free lines, remember the flat €3 prepayment and the extra €2 LitBuy announced from 25 October 2026; the fees page shows where they sit in a quote.

French buyers get the same channels, in English, with no French number.

Chargebacks, account locks and deleting your account

LitBuy's help centre is blunt: if you start a PayPal or card dispute without contacting support first, the system locks your account. Buying, parcel delivery and refunds all freeze until the chargeback is withdrawn and LitBuy is told. The sensible order is to write to support with evidence, wait for the stated 24 hours, and only escalate to your payment provider if the case is unresolved, knowing the lock will follow. The payment page covers PayPal and Klarna details.

Deleting an account is not documented as a button. The privacy policy says LitBuy keeps personal information permanently after registration and that you should contact customer service to delete your account or data. Marketing emails can be opted out of in settings, according to the policy. Finish or cancel open orders first.

Talk to support before your bank, and ask support to delete data.

Support questions buyers in Germany ask

Does LitBuy have a phone number I can call from Germany?

No. We read LitBuy's footer, contact page, terms, shipping policy, returns page and Google Play listing on 19 October 2026 and found no telephone number anywhere. The published routes are support@litbuy.com, the in-account live chat and tickets. A number printed on a random site or in a chat message is not from LitBuy; do not call it or pay anyone who answers.

Which email do I use for a damaged parcel, support@ or business@?

Use support@litbuy.com. LitBuy lists it in its Shipping Policy for shipping questions and on its Returns page, and says it should be contacted within 7 days of the delivery date for lost or damaged parcels. The business@litbuy.com address appears in the footer and terms as the business contact, so use it only for partnership or policy enquiries.

How long does LitBuy take to answer a ticket?

LitBuy's help centre says it will respond within 24 hours and aim for a satisfactory reply. That is a stated promise, not a measured result, and we did not test it with a real ticket. One Trustpilot reviewer in October 2026 complained about slow refunds, so keep your order number and evidence ready to avoid back-and-forth.

Why was my LitBuy account locked after I opened a PayPal dispute?

LitBuy's help article says a chargeback or dispute on a PayPal or card payment automatically locks the account. Orders, parcels and refunds are put on hold until you cancel the chargeback and tell LitBuy. So write to support first, keep your evidence, and only then use PayPal or card protection if the case stays unresolved.

How do I delete my LitBuy account?

LitBuy documents no self-service deletion button that we could find. Its privacy policy says that if you wish to delete your account or personal information, you should contact customer service, so email support@litbuy.com from the registered address. Marketing messages can be switched off in account settings. Settle open orders and parcels first, because a deleted account cannot track them.

Is there a French or German LitBuy support team?

LitBuy does not publish language-specific support teams, a German Impressum page or a French service client number. The footer lists LITBUY LIMITED in Coventry and IYFENIX SARL in Paris, but support runs through the same email, chat and tickets. Write in English, include the order number, and attach photos; those matter more than the language.
