Superbuy, the English-language veteran: where its fee table beats LitBuy's and where Germany falls behind

Checked and updated .

Short answer: Superbuy can buy the same Taobao, Tmall, JD or 1688 item as a LitBuy row with no service fee, and charges a flat ¥20 on Xianyu-style second-hand items, where LitBuy publishes no Fill & Buy amount. Overdue storage is ¥0.1 a day at Superbuy against 0.2% of price at LitBuy. Its audience is mostly American: 22,200 monthly searches there against 4,400 in Germany (Semrush, September 2026).

Rows to price on Superbuy as well

These product photos come from repbuysheet.com, which has 10,000+ products to choose from. Each card adds LitBuy's 19 October 1 kg list price for its cheapest tax-free line to Germany (€24.12) to the item price, so you see a rough landed figure before you open the link. An English-language veteran: where Superbuy's searches come from

Superbuy's homepage says it has served buyers for 14+ years (checked 19 October 2026), and its Semrush profile for September 2026 shows an agent led by English-speaking markets: 22,200 monthly searches in the United States, 9,900 in the United Kingdom and 96,100 worldwide. Germany contributes 4,400, under 5% of the total and about one fifth of LitBuy's German figure.

United Kingdom9,9006,600
France5,40012,100
Germany4,40022,200

For a German reader, that means fewer German-language threads and sheets built around Superbuy. The phrase "superbuy spreadsheet" draws about 720 US searches a month, against 590 for LitBuy's equivalent. For the rules on German addresses, our Berlin page has the detail.

Superbuy is an Anglo-American agent first; German and French buyers are a smaller audience for it.

Superbuy's fee table beside LitBuy's

Superbuy's fee-structure page was open in our browser on 19 October 2026; LitBuy's cells come from its help pages and interface of that day. Trustpilot and operator details date from 5 October 2026.

Its fee page also lists a Shipping Expert service at 10% of item value, ¥20 minimum and ¥300 maximum, for pre-sales and limited editions. The LitBuy fees page sets out every LitBuy charge for comparison.

Superbuy is free on mainstream marketplaces and charges clearly on second-hand ones; LitBuy leaves its Fill & Buy fee unstated.

A second-hand Xianyu row: Superbuy's flat ¥20 against LitBuy's open question

Many sheet rows from Xianyu are single second-hand items. Superbuy prices that route openly, whereas LitBuy's help says Fill & Buy orders may carry extra service fees and that no-reason returns are not accepted; it publishes no amount. The example uses a hypothetical ¥159 item (about €19.08).

Hypothetical ¥159 second-hand item on Superbuy

Xianyu route: ¥159 + flat ¥20 = ¥179about €21.48

Other second-hand site at 10%: ¥159 + ¥15.90 = ¥174.90about €20.99

LitBuy Fill & Buy extra feenot published

Because LitBuy gives no figure, the fair test is to paste the same Xianyu link into both agents and read the total each shows before paying. Superbuy's return rule for second-hand goods is not in our notes either, so ask both before you pay.

For second-hand rows Superbuy's price is knowable up front; LitBuy's has to be read at checkout.

Overdue storage: ¥0.1 a day against a percentage of the price

Both agents give 90 free days. After that Superbuy charges ¥0.1 per item per day, with a maximum stay of 180 days, and offers an Extend Storage Period service bought in advance. LitBuy charges 0.2% of the price paid each day, ¥1 minimum and ¥300 maximum per item per month, up to 120 days, and disposes of items left unpaid for more than 30 days after that.

Thirty overdue days, days 91 to 120, at ¥1 ≈ €0.12

Superbuy, any item: 30 × ¥0.1 = ¥3about €0.36

LitBuy, ¥159 item: 30 × ¥1 minimum = ¥30about €3.60

LitBuy, ¥4,000 item: 30 × ¥8 = ¥240about €28.80

The gap is small on cheap rows and large on expensive ones, because LitBuy's fee scales with what you paid. It also stops at 120 days, while Superbuy allows up to 180. Details of LitBuy's reminders are on our warehouse page.

Superbuy is far kinder to a pricey item that sits; neither is a reason to leave one.

Moving a row to Superbuy, and what its rate banner means

Superbuy's homepage item cards open superbuy.com/en/page/buy/?url=<encoded marketplace link>, which we saw in the page's links on 19 October 2026 for Tmall items. We did not place an order or test a Taobao-style link there. The safe route is still the original marketplace address pasted into its search box, built from the LitBuy ID as on our link converter: litbuy.com/product/1/<id> becomes item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=<id>.

A banner on Superbuy's homepage that day read "[Shipping Rate Adjustment] Price Adjustment for Selected Shipping Lines". We did not read the notice, so we cannot say which lines moved. Its fee page's worked example is a Hong Kong UPS line at ¥428 for 1,000 g, an illustration of how the pieces add up, not a German quote. LitBuy's German list price for 1,000 g was €24.12 ($27.10) that day, or €26.12 once the €2 EU fee applies. Run Superbuy's shipping calculator for the same weight and compare.

Quote dates matter: price the same weight on both calculators on the same day.

Who should add Superbuy, and who should skip it

  • Pick it for second-hand or Xianyu rows when you want the surcharge known before you pay.
  • Pick it for a visible cross-check score: 4.5 from 1,033 Trustpilot reviews on 5 October 2026.
  • Pass if you want German-language community help; its demand there is about a fifth of LitBuy's.
  • Pass on long parking of cheap rows if you prefer LitBuy's simpler 90-plus-30 rule.

A visible score is not proof of quality, so read recent reviews either way, and pay per order on both agents. Our KakoBuy page covers a link format we tested, and the LitBuy legitimacy page covers LitBuy's own record. Our contact page holds a WhatsApp QR code for a single delivered-price route with no second account.

Superbuy is a strong second agent for second-hand rows; it is a weaker fit for German-language support.

Questions buyers ask

Which Superbuy rows carry a purchasing fee, and which are free?

On Superbuy's fee page, read 19 October 2026, Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688 rows carry no service fee. Xianyu, Paipai and Zhuanzhuan cost a flat ¥20 per item, other second-hand and unlisted sites 10% of item value between ¥10 and ¥20, and Shipping Expert 10% between ¥20 and ¥300. Check the row's source before assuming it is free.

How much does 30 days of overdue storage cost at Superbuy versus LitBuy?

On a ¥159 item, days 91 to 120 cost Superbuy 30 × ¥0.1 = ¥3, about €0.36. LitBuy charges 0.2% of price paid a day with a ¥1 minimum, so the same period costs ¥30, about €3.60. On a ¥4,000 item LitBuy's ¥8 a day makes ¥240, about €28.80. Superbuy's charge stays ¥3.

Why do so few Germans search for Superbuy?

Semrush data for September 2026 shows 4,400 monthly German searches for Superbuy, against 22,200 in the United States and 9,900 in the United Kingdom. LitBuy draws 22,200 in Germany. Superbuy's audience is mostly English-speaking, so fewer German threads, sheets and guides exist. That says nothing about its service, only about where its readers live.

Can I use a Xianyu row from a LitBuy sheet on Superbuy?

Usually yes. A Xianyu item is a second-hand listing, and Superbuy prices that route at a flat ¥20 per item. LitBuy handles it through Fill & Buy, with extra fees possible and no no-reason returns. Paste the Xianyu link into both agents, compare the totals and ask each about returns. Superbuy's return rule for second-hand goods is not in our notes.

What does Superbuy's shipping-rate adjustment banner mean for my estimate?

A banner titled Shipping Rate Adjustment for Selected Shipping Lines. We did not read the notice, so we do not know which lines changed or by how much. Treat any older Superbuy quote as stale, run its calculator again for your weight, and note the date, as LitBuy's own quotes also move.

Is Superbuy's 4.5 Trustpilot score a reason to choose it over LitBuy?

It is one input. Superbuy showed 4.5 from 1,033 reviews on 5 October 2026, while LitBuy's score was hidden with 587 reviews on 19 October 2026 after Trustpilot took down reviews it judged not genuine. A visible number is easier to compare, though recent complaints matter more. Skim each page's newest one-star reviews and decide from repeated themes.
