Link swap: the one KakoBuy format we have tested
KakoBuy wraps the marketplace address inside its own link: https://www.kakobuy.com/item/details?url=<URL-encoded marketplace link>. An earlier build of this site tested that format on 12 October 2026; we did not retest it today. Because the item ID travels inside the wrapper, a row can move in either direction without losing anything.
| Form | Address |
|---|---|
| LitBuy | https://www.litbuy.com/product/1/972753749417 |
| Marketplace original | https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=972753749417 |
| KakoBuy | https://www.kakobuy.com/item/details?url=https%3A%2F%2Fitem.taobao.com%2Fitem.htm%3Fid%3D972753749417 |
To go from KakoBuy to LitBuy, decode the url part, read the number after id= and type it after litbuy.com/product/1/; 1 means Taobao, 2 Weidian, 0 1688 and 3 JD. Our link converter does both directions in one click.
Change the wrapper, keep the ID, and a KakoBuy row becomes a LitBuy row in seconds.
¥2 photos, ¥18 pre-packing and ¥8 declaration, set against LitBuy
KakoBuy's own help page (loaded 19 October 2026) puts the customs declaration at generally RMB 8 per parcel. Its other small lines, from its site as read on 6 October 2026, are ¥2 per extra photo, ¥18 for a rehearsal-like pre-packing and ¥20 for vacuum packing. LitBuy charges ¥1 per extra photo and ¥20 plus materials per rehearsal, with its declaration at about ¥10 in help. The sum below uses a hypothetical parcel with three extra photos and one pre-pack.
Small lines for one parcel, at ¥1 ≈ €0.12
KakoBuy: 3 × ¥2 + ¥18 + ¥8 = ¥32about €3.84
LitBuy: 3 × ¥1 + ¥20 + ¥10 = ¥33about €3.96
Gap between the twoabout €0.12
LitBuy's ¥20 leaves out materials, and its estimator's operation line runs ¥10.53 to ¥12.65, so the true LitBuy sum sits a little above the help-page ¥10 used here. The point is the scale: both bundles cost about €4, against €24.12 for the freight itself. Our rehearsal page explains what LitBuy's ¥20 buys.
The small lines are a wash; choose on freight and the clock, not on ¥2 against ¥1.
KakoBuy and LitBuy side by side
KakoBuy's cells come from its own site (6 October 2026, with 19 October checks marked). LitBuy's cells come from its help pages, announcements and estimator of 19 October.

| Warehouse city | Xiamen on one help page, Guangdong on another | Xiamen, per its forwarding agreement |

| Status label | Open; brief outage in mid-August | Open |
Only the 100-day clock separates the two on paper. KakoBuy's rule for days after 100 is not in our notes, while LitBuy's is on its warehouse page. We did not read whether KakoBuy's EU notice adds the €2 fee.
KakoBuy gives ten more free days, but we hold no overdue rule or Trustpilot figure for it.
Poland first, Germany a distant third: who searches KakoBuy
Semrush data for September 2026 puts KakoBuy at 466,200 monthly searches worldwide, and 368,000 of them come from Poland, about 79% of the total. Germany adds 14,800 and the United Kingdom 9,900, while France is not among its top markets. We cannot say why Poland is so large; the number simply means searches from Poland drive most of KakoBuy's volume.
| Market | KakoBuy | LitBuy |
|---|---|---|
| Poland | 368,000 | not a top market |
| United States | 27,100 | 6,600 |
| Germany | 14,800 | 22,200 |
| United Kingdom | 9,900 | 3,600 |
| France | not a top market | 12,100 |
For a buyer in Germany the practical reading is smaller: KakoBuy is known here, at roughly two-thirds of LitBuy's German volume (14,800 against 22,200), but it is not the default. Parcel rules for Germany are on our Berlin page.
KakoBuy is a Poland-led agent; German buyers know it, but France barely does.
Freight to Germany: LitBuy's quote and the €3 both agents add
LIT-Economy-DHL-DE, LitBuy's cheapest German line, listed 1,000 g at €24.12 ($27.10) on 19 October 2026 (tax-free; delivery 10 to 15 working days). The €3 EU prepayment is already inside that quote. Parcels submitted after 25 October add the €2 fee, making €26.12. KakoBuy's notice says a flat €3 per parcel applies on EU lines, so two parcels from two agents mean two such charges. Keeping rows in one agent and one parcel avoids doubling it.
The same line quoted €16.81 ($18.89) at 500 g and €38.75 ($43.53) at 2,000 g. Run KakoBuy's estimator for 1 kg to your postcode and set its total beside €26.12, line for line. We hold no KakoBuy shipping rates, so we show none. Our LitBuy customs page walks through both EU charges and what to do if Zoll holds a parcel.
Combine rows in one agent to pay one flat EU charge, and price the same weight on both.
Who should add KakoBuy beside LitBuy
- Choose it when a sheet you hold is written in KakoBuy links and you would rather not rebuild each row.
- Choose it when PayPal, Alipay, WeChat or Wise suits you better than LitBuy's list.
- Leave it if you need a Trustpilot figure; we could not source one for KakoBuy.
- Remember the status line: Open on 19 October 2026, with a brief outage in mid-August, so pay per order and ship promptly.
Whichever you pick, settle each order and each parcel only when you place it. Our Superbuy page covers an agent with a published overdue-storage rate. Anyone avoiding a second account can reach our WhatsApp buying service through the QR code on the contact page.
KakoBuy is a sound second agent for link-swapping and a longer clock, provided you pay per order.
Questions buyers ask
What is the KakoBuy link format, and can I turn it into a LitBuy one?
KakoBuy uses kakobuy.com/item/details?url= followed by the URL-encoded marketplace link, a format an earlier build tested on 12 October 2026. Decode the url part, read the number after id= and add it to litbuy.com/product/1/ for Taobao. Weidian takes 2, 1688 takes 0 and JD takes 3. Our link converter does the same.
Is KakoBuy's ¥18 pre-packing the same as LitBuy's ¥20 rehearsal?
They look alike, but we cannot call them identical. Our notes describe KakoBuy's pre-packing as rehearsal-like and price it at ¥18, about €2.16. LitBuy asks ¥20, about €2.40, plus materials, and once packing is done the fee is not returned unless the platform is at fault. We did not read KakoBuy's refund rule, so ask support.
Why do Poland's KakoBuy searches dwarf Germany's?
Semrush data for September 2026 shows 368,000 monthly KakoBuy searches from Poland against 14,800 from Germany, out of 466,200 worldwide. We have no explanation for the gap and will not guess. For a German buyer it means KakoBuy threads are often written for Polish readers, so check any shipping lines or prices quoted there against your own estimator.
Do I pay the EU €3 charge twice if I use both agents?
If you ship one parcel from each agent, yes, each charges its own flat €3 per parcel on EU tax-free lines, per LitBuy's 24 June 2026 notice and KakoBuy's notice of 23 June 2026. One combined parcel from a single agent carries the charge once. LitBuy adds a further €2 per parcel submitted after 25 October 2026.
Is KakoBuy's warehouse in the same city as LitBuy's?
We cannot confirm it. LitBuy's forwarding agreement names Xiamen. KakoBuy's help names Xiamen on one page and Guangdong on another, and we could not reconcile them. Warehouse location matters if you hope to move goods between agents, which neither agent offers in our notes, so ask both support teams before sending anything across.
How long does KakoBuy keep items compared with LitBuy?
Per its own site, KakoBuy gives 100 days of free storage; LitBuy gives 90, then up to 120 with an overdue charge of 0.2% of the price each day, ¥1 at least. KakoBuy's rule after day 100 is not in our notes. Either way, treat storage as a short wait and pay per order instead of parking items.
