Hours, not days: EastMallBuy's processing promises and fee rule set against a LitBuy row

The 24, 8 and 24 hour clock on EastMallBuy's homepage

On 19 October 2026 EastMallBuy's homepage, opened with a scripted browser, listed three time promises and two delivery ranges. Order processing: within 24 hours. Quality check: within 8 hours. Parcel packing: within 24 hours. Delivery: 10 to 20 days to Europe and 12 to 15 days to North America. It also said free pictures and comments on defects, size or colour difference come with the check.

Adding the three promises gives a maximum of 56 hours, about two and a third days, from the agent receiving the order to the parcel being packed. It is our sum of its stated maxima, not an EastMallBuy figure. The delivery ranges do not say whether days are working days. LitBuy's help article gives 24 hours each for ordering, inspection and packing, and 3 to 5 days for the seller's own domestic shipping.

EastMallBuy promises a faster check; the delivery claims need a real parcel to compare.

The fee rule: 8% on goods and on shipping

Our earlier notes record EastMallBuy's service agreement as charging 8% on the goods and on the shipping, and the notes came from an earlier reading, not from a page we re-opened on 19 October. We found no second statement to contradict it. LitBuy states no agent fee beyond goods, shipping and customs, and its quotes carry a ¥10 to ¥13 operation fee per parcel.

The goods fee is small on a cheap row. Shipping is the part to watch, because 8% of a parcel price grows with the parcel and we have no EastMallBuy shipping figure to apply it to. Price one row first: 8% on goods is cents, 8% on freight is the unknown.

Payment pages: PayPal, cards and local options

EastMallBuy's footer on 19 October 2026 showed PayPal, Visa, Alipay and Union Pay marks. Its help menu listed payment pages for PayPal, international credit cards and local payment. LitBuy's footer showed nine payment marks, running from Visa to BLIK with PayPal and Klarna between. We tested neither checkout, so which methods you see depends on your country and currency.

The safety rule is the same at both. Settle each order when you place it, and do not leave money parked in an account. Opening a PayPal or card dispute freezes your LitBuy account until the chargeback is withdrawn, so write to support first and keep your order screenshots. Both take PayPal; the safer habit is paying per order and keeping evidence.

The footer also links pages on intellectual property and prohibited products. Read both before ordering anything branded: customs in the EU can detain trademark-infringing goods, and LitBuy's disclaimer puts that customs risk on the buyer.

A small German audience, and a parcel to measure against

Semrush's September 2026 figures give eastmallbuy about 2,000 monthly searches worldwide. The US leads with 480, then Italy at 390, Spain at 260, the UK at 210, and Canada and Germany at 170 each. France is missing from its top list, though that does not prove zero searches. Against LitBuy's 22,200 German searches, that is under 1%. Trustpilot held 3.4 from 8 reviews in our early-October reading, too few to rely on.

How long does EastMallBuy take before a parcel can leave?

Its homepage on 19 October 2026 stated up to 24 hours for order processing, 8 hours for quality check and 24 hours for packing, which adds up to at most 56 hours once an item has arrived. It also quoted 10 to 20 days to Europe. LitBuy's help article gives 24 hours for each of ordering, inspection and packing. Both are claims until your first order.

What does EastMallBuy's 8% apply to?

On an assumed ¥159 item, about €19.08, the goods fee is ¥12.72, roughly €1.53. The shipping part is a rule, not a number: 8% of whatever its estimator shows for your weight. Confirm it before paying.

Our notes record 3.4 from only 8 reviews. A handful of opinions can swing an average by a full star, so the figure is a weak guide either way. Compare it with LitBuy, whose Trustpilot rating was hidden on 19 October 2026 across 587 reviews. For both, a small first order tells you more than any score.

Should a promotion decide between EastMallBuy and LitBuy?

No. We did not read any EastMallBuy promotion terms, and a promotion is not a price. LitBuy's 40% new-user shipping coupon banner, shown on 19 October 2026, cut a 1 kg German quote from €24.12 to €18.29, a 24% drop, because it appears to apply to the weight fee only. Offers change, so decide on the total for your parcel.
