What changed when HubbuyCN became Hubbuy
On 19 October 2026 hubbuycn.com still showed an announcement headed "HubbuyCN Account Migration Deadline Approaching". It said HubbuyCN had been upgraded to a new platform, Hubbuy, and asked users to migrate their account, balance, orders and package services before 30 September 2026. From 1 October 2026 it would cease platform services and close the migration portal, and self-service migration would end.
The new site at hubbuy.com loaded normally the same day, with an English and USD selector, a Shipping Cost Estimate page, a beta Affiliate Alliance and the line "300 days free storage". Support hours read 09:00 to 18:30 Beijing time, and the customer email was service@hubbuy.com. Links in the old HubbuyCN format returned 404 on hubbuy.com when we tried them on 6 October 2026.

The brand moved, the domain changed, and the old link pattern did not come with it.
If you did not migrate in time
Whether a late account can still be recovered is not something we could verify, and the notice itself said the self-service route was ending. The honest path is an email to the support address above, with your old username, order numbers and the dates you paid. We found no published promise either way, so treat anything beyond that as unconfirmed. Dig out old HubbuyCN emails and payment receipts now, since they date each order and show how it was paid.
For money going forward, pay per order. Each purchase and each parcel is settled when you place it, which leaves nothing waiting in an account after a platform move. Decoding an old HubbuyCN link, step by step
The old format was hubbuycn.com/product/item?url=<encoded address>. The part after url= is the marketplace address with special characters replaced by percent codes. Decode it and the item number is visible.

Weidian addresses end itemID=<id> and take code 2; 1688 addresses hold the number between /offer/ and .html and take code 0. Paste a whole column into our LitBuy link converter to do the decoding in bulk. We loaded the Taobao example above on 19 October 2026, and it showed a price in yuan, stock and an estimated warehouse arrival date.

One rebuilt row, costed to a German door
Assume a pair of jeans at ¥159, about €19.08 at the planning rate ¥1 ≈ €0.12, weighing an assumed 0.9 kg boxed. LitBuy's estimator quoted €24.12 ($27.10) for 1,000 g to Germany on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE on 19 October 2026, tax free, 10 to 15 working days. The banner offering new users a 40% shipping coupon displayed a lower figure of €18.29 ($20.54) for the same line, and a moved Hubbuy user opening a LitBuy account would be new.

Is HubbuyCN the same company as Hubbuy?
The two sites are linked by HubbuyCN's own announcement, which said it had been fully upgraded to a new platform called Hubbuy and asked users to migrate accounts before 30 September 2026. We cannot see company records for either, so "same operator" rests on that notice. The hubbuy.com homepage loaded normally on 19 October 2026, with an English and USD selector.
I missed the 30 September migration. Is my HubbuyCN balance gone?
We cannot say. The notice stated that from 1 October 2026 HubbuyCN would cease platform services and close the migration portal, after which self-service migration would no longer be possible. The hubbuy.com homepage lists service@hubbuy.com as its customer email. Write there with your old username and order numbers, and treat any reply as the answer, not our guess.
Why do my old HubbuyCN links give a 404?
Our 6 October 2026 check found that the old pattern, hubbuycn.com/product/item?url= followed by an encoded address, returns a 404 on hubbuy.com. The new site uses a structure we could not confirm. The marketplace address inside the old link survives, so decode it, take the item number, and open it on LitBuy instead.
Will Hubbuy's 300-day free storage carry over?
Its homepage still said 300 days free storage on 19 October 2026, and HubbuyCN's old page said the same. We could not check how the clock treats goods migrated from the old site. LitBuy's rule is published: 90 free days per item, then a daily fee, up to 120 days in total, so the free-window difference is 210 days.
How many people in Germany search for Hubbuy?
Very few. Semrush's September 2026 data shows about 210 German monthly searches against 27,100 in Brazil, out of 28,300 worldwide, plus 590 in the US and 90 in the UK. LitBuy gets 22,200 in Germany. A HubbuyCN row in a sheet read in Germany may therefore be an old, copied line, and is worth checking for delisting.
What does a rescued Hubbuy row cost in Germany on LitBuy?
On our assumed ¥159 pair of jeans, about €19.08, at an assumed 0.9 kg, LitBuy's 1,000 g list quote of €24.12 plus the €2 EU fee gives €45.20. With the new-user promotion shown on 19 October, the shipping figure was €18.29, giving €39.37. Promotions change, so rerun the estimator before paying.
